For the past couple of weeks my picture on my sky steam has been pixalating I have tried all the normal things Sky suggest but this has not solved the issue.
Any ideas?

It's likely related to poor broadband speed or performance. Open netflix and go to the left hand menu > get help > check your network.
Sky recommends a minimum speed of 25Mbps for HD and 30Mbps for UHD.
You do say who your ISP is but ther may be some settings you can change on your router such as wifi channel which may help, or use another solution such as homeplugs or ethernet cable.

My broadband provider is Sky and I have checked my speed and they say it is good.

Sky tell you that the speed to your broadband Hub is good. If you're connecting over wifi, that doesn't mean the speed from your Hub to your Puck is good.

Try restarting the Puck using the option in the settings menu at the bottom of your home page.
