This should now be resolved

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@Mrsraeroberts80 The issue only lasted about an hour so your puck should be working correctly again.  Try unplugging it for a couple of minutes and then plugging it in again which will allow it to reboot which takes a couple of minutes

 

If that doesn't work try the following: unplug both your Glass TV and router.  Leave for a couple of minutes and then plug your router back in and wait for it to finish rebooting.  Once it has rebooted plug your glass TV back in and when that has also rebooted it should have reconnected to the internet.

Can this be escalated again please. We got the new puck and its just been crashing and turning off every day several times. Its silly now. 

  Considering leaving because it's just messing about
