New to Sky, have bought a sky stream package. When trying to link the puck, on the activate link page, when I submit the code it just comes up saying "check your sky glass. If your not connected please try again later."
Furthermore when I go into account settings on the sky app it refers to my account as a "Sky Glass account". Have we been set up with the wrong type of account? Cannot get the puck activated. Have been trying for a day now.

hi there I am a new customer and having a similar issue too this I have purchased two new pucks but also have a sky glass separate in the main room. This is second hand and customer owned however when trying to link my account with this even though in my recent order I have included whole home I am encountering the same issue that you are also having and wonder if Sky can help at all !

This has happened me also, how can I fix it? I only ordered sky stream not sky glass
