Yes.

Or use voice as I mentioned above or go through the Sky puck menus, to the appropriate rail;

Sport > Football> Live EFL on Sky Sports +

It normally tells you in advance what games are to be shown but not anymore. So it's pot luck now then?!

I have tried this morning on ch404 with tennis.

i pressed the colours button for more courts.....it just says loading and nothing happens??

All working fine here since the early hours for the Tennis.

Have watched and switched through the match choice sidebar options for many of the matches.

Just watching Swiatek v Joint semi final match on the stream, rather than the channel.

Try doing a Settings restart;

Go to Settings>Systems Management>Resets & Updates
Select Restart device
Your Sky Stream puck will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete

hence why I'm in here. SKY seem utterly clueless and not offering a solution following a 2 hr phone call.

Restarted. Pressed button for court choice. Says loading and nothing happens.

loading stays on the screen in the bottom corner but nothing loads.

Odd.

Only other thing I can suggest is doing a broadband router restart, with the puck in standby and when the router is back up and running, start the puck with the home key and do another settings restart.

i should be able to cancel my contract early if im not getting what im paying for so Virgin could be the move. My parents never have any issues at all. Funnily the Skysports + works perfectly on Virgin.

Restarted router. Followed all your instructions and no change.

*update I spoke to SKY. Reset the puck and updated the software.

i now have no SKY TV at all. My set up is stuck at linking my account and won't move on.

ive put a stop on my DD until further notice or until I get what I have been paying for. Terrible service, truly appalling.

Putting  a stop on your  direct debit  is going  to course you more trouble  in the long  run

I have just got off the phone again and I have reverted back to the old 'faulty' puck and funnily enough it's working fine.

in addition the Skysports App is working just fine! Funny that!!!
