Re: UHD is unwatchable
I've done my talking with sky on the phone. I don't want to waste any more of my life explaining things to them when they don't do anything about it. There may be some hope that someone from Sky reads these posts. I would just to know how bad the company o work for really is.

Re: Sky Sports UHD picture keeps stuttering
@Gareth61 and everyone else who is having problems, now it's half time do a restart. Go into settings,, System Management and the Restart Device. I think this will solve your problems.

Re: UHD is unwatchable
It would be interesting to see where you guys are. I'm watching the match in the Yeovil, Somerset area, and I've got a rock solid picture on the Low Synch UHD channel. Which suggests it's not a puck issue, more a congested server problem.

Sky Sports UHD picture problems
Repeated issue with Sky Sports UHD via Stream puck. Screen judders, or stutters, or pauses and speeds up. This is consistently encountered especially with football. Leaving for an entire game this will be seen, so this isn't a brief or temporary problem. Using Live Sync does not resolve, likewise toggling judder setting.

Re: Sky Sports UHD picture keeps stuttering
@HavencroftKev it doesnt fix the issue. The puck is the problem as so many people are saying. Sky need to do changes to it and admit that the fault is on the side of them and an inadequate puck

Re: Sky Sports UHD picture keeps stuttering
@Super+Anthony it did for me., I was watching the darts on Thursday and it was awful.
I did the device restart via the settings menu and I haven't had the problem since.
