Still they refuse to swap my puck.. oh well. Excellent customer service!!! As others have said it's not going to cost Sky much to replace, if at all, apart from looking after us

We'll get them to fix it instead of a daft apology. You know the issue has been going on for a year but allow it continue. This is the problem in today's society

Iv just purchased the stream puck and my god what a disgrace it is. Iv never know anything like it. You'd think I was on dial up connection still the way it performs. People pay for a service and get half a system these days. SKY sort it out and listen to the people or give some proper update for the ongoing issue

Sky sports uhd main event watching football tonight still stuttering, does not seem quite so bad as before but still very annoying as we are paying a lot for the service and really this should have been resolved by now

Completely agree @Dimples932 and they should not be refusing to send out replacement pucks either. Not what good customer service stands for

Has there been a fix? I've been watching the football nearly all day on CH 922 and not had any Benny Hill effects at all. The puck I'm using is one that I purchased in October 2022, great to see it performing as it should.

Still just got the black screen at half time in the break so obviously Sky has not fully fixed the issue so let's not get carried away🥲

I have noticed a new UI version on my puck 3.171.2. Is this the fix?

@Yorkiecherry Probably not but who knows!! We can only hope. I am still on the 61 version
