@Super+Anthony You need to call So Sky can take look at your account, I'm sure this has been said to you also, Sky can look at your account and see if the pucks are underperforming or losing data packets.  Viewer Relations can't see your account nor access it.  

 

So you're not reporting it as you've been advised to by calling!

@GD1 what if he doesn't want to call every single time. Possibly @Super+Anthony just wants to air his problems and hear if he is not the only one. I have a life with my wife and 3 children I am not calling sky every time this area is managed too by sky staff also. 

Everyone I call I get told they have never heard this and you also said if it's a broadcast issue, but can it be a broadcast issue if not everybody is seeing the same issue?

If it were broadcast issue everyone would see it as was the case a couple of weeks back with SSPortsMEUHD Low Latency Channel, Platform Control would see the issues also as they monitor all of Skys output 24/7

 

As I've already posted, not everone has these issues so it's going to be difficult to pin it down especially if everything looks ok at Sky's end, posting here may get the isue seen by Sky CS staff can see how the pucks are performing and can tell if it's a puck issue or a local issue such as severe packet loss, network issues etc.  Sky Staff here can't see accounts.

 

Sky Teams have even advised to report it to the CS teams so they can do the relevant checks.

I really hope eventually Sky will sort all these gremlins out. I do keep telling them that Stream is positive

I don't understand why sky removed live chat and this has all begun when they were taken over as pre takeover there were little to no issues and if there was the customer was the priority.

Who is watching the qualifying now as I'm watching on UHD and so far no issues. Do we think sky just blag us and then fix an issue just so they don't lose face

Comcast took over in  2018, Sky Glass & Stream is a comcast product.   It can't have got worse since the takeover, unless you're referring to customer service levels?

Once again F1 in UHD on channel 407 is stuttering and freezing while the audio carries on. The video then speeds up to catch up. 

No issues with general pings and traces out to 8.8.8.8 and also to the IP addresses that the stream is coming from (identified the session IP's from my router). Latency to these IP's and to every hop along the trace route is well within acceptable levels. It's getting.l really frustrating now.

Given up on UHD and watching on HD and it's fine it has to be a issue with the UHD live broadcasts for some if us .  No issues on any other UHD channel ie sky movies etc .

I'm giving my box a hard reboot during the break and making sure all connections are dropped on my router. Let's see how things are in Q3

I did see this update but it doesn't hurt to keep supplying info where we can. 

in saying that, the hard reboot has made zero difference. The same stutter and catch up with the audio is still occurring.

I wouldn't say hijacked since it's a subject that relevant to all Sky Sports UHD channels 401, 407 and 922. Even the title 'Sky Sports UHD' isn't specific to a particular channel.
