Sky Sports Lag and Judder
Sky Sports pictures are suffering lag , judder and it's been doing this for months
it isn't broadband as my speed is 1GB
it's annoying and sometimes unwatchable which is frustrating when you are paying for the best service
Sky are not the cheapest provider
Reports on Sky community suggest nothing is being done to resolve this issue

WHY
The broadband speed that is received to your property is only one of the factors. What's equally important is the home network setup, as if running on Wifi, for example, there are numerous things that can and will affect the strength and stability of the internet connection, which will affect the download speed a connected device can get.
A strong and stable internet connection is the most important thing for the sky streaming platform as the platform requires a constant connection to Sky's servers for it to function correctly so any small drops in connections or speed fluctuations that cause it to go below the minimum recommended of 25-30 Mbps will cause issues with things like picture breakup, freezing etc. Its particularly important for the sports channels which seemingly are far more reliant on that stronger and consistant connection to sky's servers.
