Sky Sports Football Channel picture quality

Hi all, my sons were recently watching Channel 403 (sky sports football) and the picture was blurry for the first 20 mins or so of the game. Then it was fine. Then again tonight the picture was awful. But when you go to Sky Sports Main Event HD channel which is showing the same game, the picture is perfect.

 Any ideas what's going on with that one particular channel?

 

Just referencing in case a particular game is in they channel in future?

It looked like there was a technical issue because the same game was fine on UHD and via Sky Sports+
