Sky Sport Football - Picture Freezes - sound continues

So - watching football this evening and the picture keeps freezing whilst the sound continues. Very, very frustrating and makes me question whether I am going to continue with Sky. All other channels work well and WiFi strong - what is the problem? Not the first time I have experienced this - why is live football so patchy / blurry and then eventually freezes?

That has happened to me, fortunately not too often.  I sorted it out simply by pressing the back button to come out of it and then going back in.  Not ideal but has worked for me on a couple of occasions.  Alternatively scroll down to 'settings' then 'system management' 'resets & updates' and 'restart'. 
I hope one of those works.
