New customer here
Was sent 3 pucks, 2 of them work fine but 1 switches itself off after 5-10 mins and will not switch back on unless you pull power from it and it resets and comes on.
I have called helpline but they looked at it remotely and couldnt come up with a solution apart from swith router off and puck at the same time. Well that didnt help.
Have tried resetting puck and re-registering but still same thing happens. How do I get Sky to send replacement puck?
