Good morning @Navis123456789 and welcome to the forum.  A restart of the Glass TV will probably resolve the issue for you as it tends to clear software glitches.  It's the first thing to try at the first sign of an issue.

To do this go to Settings > System Management > Resets & Updates > Restart device.  It takes a couple of minutes to completely reboot and you will have a blank screen for a couple of minutes before the Sky logo appears.

Hi @Taylor37 and welcome to the forum.  Did a restart as described in the post above help or are you still having issues?

Re: Sky Puck "There is a technical fault. Please try again later."

I've had a lot of issues on and off, but the last couple of weeks Sky Stream is unusable. Constant errors in Sky programs and live TV, and the Puck repeatedly saying it's not connected to WiFi.

All streaming apps fine once loaded and broadband speed to the Puck is fine. Got told by Sky it needs a stronger signal than other apps as it buffers less, but this just makes the service unusable.
