Sky Puck not working at all, cant even get it fully set up
I took out Sky stream and the puck arrived yesterday. I went through the process of getting it activated, which seemed to work fine but once that was done, the screen would freeze/remote wouldnt move anything (aside from volume) I thought perhaps a remote issue so contacted them about a replacement, however in the midst of all that the puck kept going to a black screen.
I followed all the troubleshooting options, and it kept saying it was most likely our wifi (we have fibre broadband with modem not in same room as TV, )so I purchased a wifi extender and ethernet cable from argos, set it up and plugged it in, - still getting same issue.
I can't even get to the settings to switch off wifi, and follow all those guides as it keeps freezin so did a fdactory reset and now it freezes on the update page and i can't get any further,. only been a sky customer for 1 day and I'm not impressed. live chat has been unavailable all morning so far, the sky assistant reverts me to sky community and I'm ready to lose it and throw the puck out the window.
tried calling to report what I suspect is a faulty puck and told wait times are 1 hour! argh!
any chance someone can escalate this to customer services?

@TashmcW You will need to persist in calling as the messaging service is offline for the time being.

Finally got through and after 45 mins with a very friendly advisor, 5 factory resets and a puck health check from sky's end a faulty remote is suspected and a replacement has been issued. Fingers crossed this solves the issue
