Sky Puck new installation and sky oackage
My iPad allows me to watch sky atlantic, sky sports football and everything in my new package but on my TV it doesn't allow me to watch any of them and keeps asking me to change to UHD sound. I do this but then it still doesn't work?
Does anyone have a clue what's happening here?

UHD is the picture format not sound. It's sounds like your output settings are not correct. Go into settings > picture and sound and make sure your output is set to 2160p. Also depending on your your TV you may need to enable UHD on the input your puck is plugged into.

Thanks Mike, sorry I meant the picture quality UHD. Does the iPad then automatically adjust for this setting on Sky Go but the OLED TV doesn't?

iPad will use a fixed resolution for it's output but you need to set the puck based on TVs. The puck has to cater for hundreds of different screen types / refresh rates etc. Also might be worth letting us know what TV you are using.
