Every morning when I turn on everything the Puck message in the TV screen states it's not connected to the WIFI and asks me to Get Connected.
This doesn't happen on the 2nd Puck I have which connects automatically at turn on.

Try going into settings > system management> start up and standby and turn Networked Standby Mode ON and overnight power save OFF.

Thanks for the response.
I've checked settings and it shouldn't disconnect overnight.
Network Standby Mode is set to On
overnight Power Saving is set to Off
yet the problem continues. Same every morning ?!

Both Pucks are turned off. One connects immediately when turned back on but the other says WiFi not connected. Settings identical

Keep a look out for the speech chat bubble that will appear on the bottom left of your screen when you are logged onto this forum (you will need to refresh your browser from time to time until you see the chat bubble). When the blue bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or the chat will be automatically closed. Note replies from Sky are not instant so you will need to regularly check the chat thread.

Not wise to turn the power switch off or remove the plug overnight for a puck.
Just use the remote control to switch off the puck, so it stays in standby.
The puck runs on a very low power in standby and it also does updates overnight.
Switching off for a long period will disconnect it from the network and will cause problems on wake up.
A short power restart of a few minutes or a restart using the settings restart option is fine and will keep the network connected.
As above make sure you ensure you have the settings as described above.
