I wonder if anyone can point me in the right direction , i have BT full Fibre internet connection with no issues , my sky puck connects to the wifi but shows no internet and will not work , i have two if these in the house that dont work , the internet is working on all other devices
has anyone had the same issue ?

No I don't , nothings changed in terms of the set up it's always worked fine but just all of a sudden none of the sky pucks will show a internet connection

Have you tried restarting router and pucks?
Power router and pucks at the plug.... power on the router after it reconnects and you access to the internet on other devices... power on the Pucks.

I have spoke with BT but theres no issue there end , i need to speak to sky but i thought i would ask on here incase it was common

I have a very similar issue and I beleive it's possibly interference from neighbouring wifi networks (co channel interferrence) I use a wifi anyalizer and can see there are a lot of 2.4ghz and 5ghz wifi SSIDs in the same channel location my network is sat on.
I changed the channel my Wifi is using and this seems to have solved my problem
