Sky Puck and login to Disney

Why is my Sky Puck not letting me log in to Disney+ I put my email in to get the code, then complete logging then straight back to login so I try with email and password the same over and over

@Andy74maz   Firstly have you tried a reset by turning off the power to your puck, leaving it a minute or so and then back on again?  Secondly go to Settings, System management, and App refresh.  This takes a few minutes so just wait for it to automatically return you to the Home Screen and see if that sorts it.

Hi yes I had a old account and signed up with sky tried old and new accounts and no joy not even refresh apps or unplug will try again tonight

Try logging in with your old account and wait until if fails 

then login with your new details

Found out where I was going wrong with Disney. It was asking to complete the account and the email was the wrong email that I wanted so it was getting thrown back as not a match and nothing was saying it was incorrect
