Hi we have got new sky glass recently, and have had a lot of issues setting up the puck systems.
The pucks seem to just not pick up the remote signal during set up, just stuck on the "hold 4 and 6 for two seconds" menu.
the remote is working fine as it picks them up on the sky glass.
We have successfully paired one puck to the remote, (random stroke of luck) but all others failed.
I have tried every troubleshooting issue, hard resets, unplugging the other sky equipment in the house to stop them picking up the remote but no luck whatsoever.
Since I am in set up I can't even do the hold 1 and 3 6 and 9 remote control set ups.
Any advice would be great, feel like this stuff should
