Sky Glass Puck not switching on

Gone through all of the help guides and still not working, anyone else had issues

@SKY73593  For clarity Sky Glass is the TV set, the puck is called a Stream Puck.

 

Have you unplugged your Stream puck from the wall for a couple of minutes?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
