Sky Arts ‘ Appointment with Death ‘ it won’t allow me to start from beginning

Very bizarre as I'm trying to watch ' appointment with death ' from the beginning on start Sky Arts but it asks me to upgrade. Restarted puck to no avail.

they can deal with missing / non working episodes

I'm not familiar with the show but you can occasionally get this error message when the particular channel doesn't have  the streaming rights (only the broadcast rights) for a movie / show
