Hi there
I am wanting to subscribe to Sky stream by getting a puck for our TV. We just need the basic package which is advertised at £15. For 2 days I have been following the click through to get to the purchase page, and it changes to £21.
I was a Sky customer 7 years ago, I only have mobile with them now.
I have made 3 calls so far to them (in India??) with promises to call me back but they never did, one even said they were not trained to sell Sky stream and said the agents had finished. **bleep**!!!
How do I get the £15 price as advertised? False advertising!!
Cheers in advance

It's normally the only way to move to Sky Stream or Sky Glass from Sky Q is via a phone call to Sky.
Its not often possible to do online.
When going through the Sky call voice options, try saying, 'Sky Stream upgrade from Sky Q'
This may get you through to a Sky Stream rep.
You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.
If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
https://www.sky.com/help/home
Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number.
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.
Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. A some of the quieter times to ring are early morning or late evening.
Sky Stream with two pucks (Former Sky Q and Sky+ customer), Sky Ultrafast + using Sky SR203 hub. Sky Protect kit tester.

Hi @garya71 can you confirm if any extras have been added such as ad skipping, UHD, or a Netflix upgrade? It should say if they have on the basket.
It may be that because you're still with Sky for other services you aren't eligible for new customer pricing but I'd have thought they'd be separate. Automated systems can get confused though so I recommend preserving with calling Sky. The Scottish team is the best in my experience, but its luck of the draw who you get through to.

I've noticed the same thing, my Sky Q is cancelled and deactivated. If I log into Sky and price up a stream package the only option is Ultimate , no Essential option.
However if I'm not logged in I get the choice of Essential or Ultimate. I only want Essential so what are my options please? New account - or ask my wife to join Sky? Thanks.

Oh interesting. That's a credible theory. Have you tried phoning Sky @Gordon46?

Glad you got it sorted, but the most important question is what holding music did you go for?
