I recently signed up to Sky Stream and was told that my (already in place for a few years) Netflix subscription would be paid as a part of the Sky Stream subscription. I'm over a month in and I am still being charged by Netflix for my Netflix subscription. I was told that my Netflix would be paid as a part of my Sky Stream subscription. I was also told that I didnt need to do anything with my Netflix account, that it would just move to being paid by the Sky Stream subscription in the background. I was a little sceptical when signing up to the Sky Stream package that this would work as outlined and I've been proved right unfortunately. What can I do at this point? Thanks in advance.

Re: Signed up to Sky Stream incl. Netflix - still being charged separately by Netflix
Thanks for that - I'll give it a go - further question after reading that - will I still be able to use the Netflix app on the TV (not through the Sky Stream box) and on other TV's I have in the house (even though they dont have the Sky Stream box)? I ask as it seems to indicate that I use the Netflix app within Sky Stream.
Also, Netflix app on my mobile devices, will that be affected?

Yes - you can use the Netflix app on any device, be it a smart TV, mobile phone, tablet, etc. You are not restricted to only using the app on the Stream puck. It's just the billing which switches to Sky.
The only limitation is number of devices which can be used at the same time - this depends on which Netflix tier you are on, such as if you are paying extra for ad-free or Premium with 4K.
Also, if you currently pay Netflix for family sharing you can't do this if you switch the billing to Sky.

Sky take over Netflix billing. In all other respects, Netflix will behave as it always has on other devices signed into Netflix with the same account Sky have taken over the billing with. So other non-Sky devices like other smart TVs, smartphones, iPads etc will continue to work as they have before.
The basic Netflix With Ads included with your Sky subscription only allows 1 concurrent device to be used at any one time. You'd need to pay the extra for either 2 devices/HD without ads or extra again for the 4 devices/UHD 4K & Atmos.
The only exception to this is if you currently pay Netflix for another viewing profile/password sharing to be used in a different household - Sky billing Netflix doesn't allow for this.

Re: Signed up to Sky Stream incl. Netflix - still being charged separately by Netflix
Netflix only knows to transfer billing to Sky once you've signed in to the Netflix app on a Sky device using existing Netflix credentials. Without that, Netflix has absolutely no knowledge you have a Sky account, and Sky would be on dubious data protection grounds to proactively pass any information to Netflix.
