Sick to death of sports games missing in playlist

I've had Sky Stream for a year, & had the same issue for a year. And Sky have absolutely no interesting in fixing it.

I have series links for all football on Sky & TNT. Had a link for NBA on TNT. Have a link for NFL on Sky.
And some of the games appear in the playlist, & some don't. Even last night there were three NFL games on Sky, yet only two are in the playlist. Its a complete lottery as to whether the game you want to watch will be in the playlist.

HOW HAS THIS GLITCH NOT BEEN FIXED YET!!

Some of the Super Sunday games are in the playlist, others aren't. Meaning for the ones not in the playlist; the only opportunity to see these games is to watch them live, despite having a series link. And then I'm just left with a 3 minute highlight video that I could probably access for free on YouTube anyway.

Amazon & TNT (through Discovery+) have options to watch full game replays through their apps. Why don't Sky???

Honestly, there are much cheaper ways of accessing live sports if the only way I can watch them is live. Waste of money. Sky can't be bothered to fix this issue, but it will be their downfall as people are giving up & Sky will lose money

Hi @TB18

Have you reported these issues to sky? The community is customer helps customer community, the best thing is to report issues like this to sky's viewer relations team. viewerR@sky.uk is thir email address.

They will investigate and feedback as necessary.

Re: Sick to death of sports games missing in playlist

Yes I have contacted that email address recently. It took me about 2 weeks to get to the point where I could speak to somebody on the phone.

The lady on the phone told me that you can watch live games on the Sky+ app. I said, no that's only for the live games, not the replays. She said, no you can watch replays on there. Unless I'm missing something, that is false information. She came across as nice enough person, but had no idea what she was doing, which is par for the course with Sky customer service.

I didn't want to argue with her so I just gave up.

Also I didn't want a repeat of the argument I had with somebody on the phone about this a couple of months ago. The last time I spoke to somebody on the phone, the guy told me that you can't make series links on playlists for live sports. I tried to tell him that you can because 75% of the games are in the playlist, & it wouldn't let you do a series link if it wasn't possible. He kept talking over me and then abruptly asked me if I wanted his job. Instead of letting me speak, he kept telling me that I was asking for the impossible. He was extremely rude and it felt like he was trying to wind me up and get a reaction, then laughed at me when I started to get upset. The whole conversation was surreal.

Anyway......the Sky customer service is a waste of time, and I don't think this glitch will ever get resolved or fixed. I know I'm not only person with this issue, because I've seen loads of people complaining about the same thing on this forum. Recently, I saw I guy complaining that some F1 races were missing in his playlist. Even myself, today, went to watch one of the Sunday Prem games (Brighton-Palace), but it wasn't in my playlist. However the other Sunday Prem game was.

It honestly blows my mind that Sky give out a product that doesn't work properly, & there's literally nothing you can do about it.

It would even be an issue if Sky just did full-length replays of the games, like Amazon & Discovery+ do. But apparently that isn't happening any time soon.

Honestly, I just give up and accept defeat
