Setting up sky stream

I have received my sky stream puck can I use it streaight away or do I have to waiting untill my sky broadband is active on the 3/5/23

i switched from bt to sky so sky have broadband at the moment.

If your broadband from your previous supplier is still active then you can absolutely use it with your puck. It's pretty much useless without any broadband at all!

Hi @Cwhite11  Yes if your BT internet is still connected you can indeed activate your Sky stream puck, best connected via Ethernet, but if your speed is high enough wifi should be ok,

all you will need to do on Sky broadband connection day is update the wifi setting on the puck,
