Recently installed SKY Glass 2 which is brilliant. Also have a SKY Puck connected to a Samsung (UE24N4300AE). All working fine except when using the SKY Remote to turn off the TV it doesn't work. It turns off the Puck and the TV then displays a 'No Signal' message. I get that but was under the impression that by enabling HDMI-CEC in settings this could be overcome?
Anybody had this issue and resolved it?

@Sparky74 I also have a Samsung TV. Others have mentioned the long press. I hold the remote off button until the TV shuts down which takes a couple of seconds.

Re: Setting up a SKY puck with a Samsung TV
@Sparky74 Did you pair the remote to the Samsung TV? If so try a long press on the power button when you turn the puck off to also turn off the TV.

Re: Setting up a SKY puck with a Samsung TV
Yes I paired the remote and all functions work. Haven't tried a long press when switching off but will try it asap. Thanks.

Re: Setting up a SKY puck with a Samsung TV
I had a similar issue, Turn Puck on TV comes on fine.
Turn Puck off, TV stays on.
However long press on the power TV turns off and so does the Puck.
Might work for you.

Yes, the long press is needed to turn tv off along with turning the Sky Stream Puck off.

Re: Setting up a SKY puck with a Samsung TV
Many thanks. Now resolved - long press does the trick.
