Screen says not connected. Took on-screen advice, and went into settings then network . Nothing!

Followed instruction, no reset box came up. No WPS button on router.

@IanCraig1  If you have the Black upright hub the wps button is on the right hand side of the hub.

 

Where's the WPS button_.png

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
