Good Morning
I just set up my Sky Stream/Puck yesterday.
Seems to work okay generally however I can't watch any STV programmes. It shows me they are on my playlist and are available however when I select them the screen goes blank. This has happened for things on my playlist and things I'm trying to view on Catch Up. the actual live STV channel works absolutely fine.
Shows for example like emmerdale, coronation street, the long shadow.
I did see one other post with a user who had the same issue back in May, but no resolution for that customer I don't think. No recent update.
Any advice welcome! I have resorted to still using my iPad to watch all my programmes - so wondering what the use is in having sky!

I also have this problem! Just set up sky glass yesterday and can't get on to stvplayer, very annoying!

Settings > System Management > Resets & Updates > refresh apps. This process is not instant and is carried out in the background so don't expect an instant solution.

Yes I've done this, thank you. As you say it's not instant so just waiting. Hoping it works!

It worked on a puck in a different room and then once I'd logged in that way it seemed to work on the main tv, even though I had to log in again.

Thank you for the reply, I was a little scared to try it as we are still adjusting to Stream, but will now give it a go....what can go wrong, he he.
