Removal of Sky Stream batteries without having to break their plastic holder.

Opened the Sky Remote to access the batteries. Had to remove the circuit board and button carriage. Batteries are held in black plastic cradle and impossible to remove without breaking the cradle.

That doesn't sound right at all. All my sky glass and stream remotes you slide the back cover off and lift out the batteries.

Are you able to post some pictures? Have you unscrewed anything?
