Recurring issue of no sound on sky puck

The sound on my sky puck keeps going off. It happens almost daily. To resolve i have to unplug the box and this does fix the problem, but this is almost a daily occurance

Ive got ecactly the same issue. Ive even hardwired the puck to the router and its made no difference. Im getting two problems parts of the sound dropping and the stream reverting to the fast forward or reverse option, even the program im watching is live. This happpened a few months back and Sky puck update fixed it, but now its back again and its very frustrating!

Are you using the supplied hdmi cable?

Try swapping the hdmi cable and see if the issue persists.

Also check that your puck's audio output setting is compatible with your TV/AV equipment.

It could be a hdmi handshake issue
