Record series not available on Premier Sports

I'm based in Ireland so Premier Sports is available on Stream. However, the record series option doesn't work for rugby and soccer tournaments. For example, for every single URC, Champions Cup, Challenge Cup and Top 14 game, you have to manually add each game to your Playlist. There is no option to record all games. 

Does this sound like an error or is this the case on other channels too? I tested soccer tournaments on Sky Sports and TNT Sports and when you record one game it automatically records serie aka every game.
