You've not given us a lot of info to go off. However for the sound issue this is a known issue. Change the audio settings to PCM as per resolution information in this thread: https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Sky-Stream/QS025-Lip-Sync-Issues/td-p/4607728.
In relation to your stuffing. This is usually down to poor internet speed or WiFi connection between your puck and the router. Stream needs 25 Mbps for HD and 30Mbps for UHD. What's your internet connection speed? You can open netflix to to get help? And connection test and this will tell you the speeds your puck is receiving.
You may see an increase in stability if you connect via homeplugs or ethernet connection and turn off WiFi in the settings.
