My sky remote back not opening to put batteries in

@try holding the remote between your hands keeping your hand straight - then move your hands in opposite directions

As mentioned above

1. Remove the back cover of the remote by sliding the cover down. Follow the direction of the small arrow symbol on the back of the remote.

Put it between your hands and push firmly in opposite directions.
Or try placing on a cushion or wewr some rubber type gloves to aid the grip.
It can be very stiff to begin with but will ease after the first few times of opening.
