HI @Tb36 

 

Have you tried unplugging at the mains for a few minutes? If so and that hasn't resolved the issue try re-pairing the remote by following the instructions here:

Hi @Tb36 try rebooting your puck as this will often remove software glitches and is something I would recommend after any update.

 

This can be done by going to  Settings > System Management > Resets & Updates > Restart device.  It takes a couple of minutes to completely reboot and you will have a blank screen for a couple of minutes before the Sky logo appears.
