In my profile when I click on manage device it states -  Sky Stream puck - Status = Awaiting delivery... But in the Primary device section it states Delivered! 

 

So whats going on, should I do a hard reset of the device, would this resolve the software anomaly online, but I doubt it but is it worth a try. Can Sky do an audit of the system for registration as its been 6 days for me and more for others still not able to watch what theyre paying for.

Everything now working except for my subscriptions. Still showing as "preparing for dispatch"

Sky stream puck

Hello, does anyone know how long sky are taking to resolve the issue regarding activating the Sky Puck? Mine has now changed to delay status but still can't activate!

It all seems to be a bit random at the moment. Keep trying and it might suddenly start working. If not, give Sky a ring and see if they can enlighten you.

Hi  Kash,

You're a step ahead of  me then. Under Connected  Device,  Manage Device, I still have  Status = Awaiting Delivery.  It also tells me that I do not have a Primary Device, hence I can't see any associated status.  I did have one, and Status = Delivered but if you check the date it will probably be for your original one (if this is a replacement, which mine is).  However, my Primary Device has since been removed!!

 

Very frustrating!!  I have a Firestick, thankfully.  I'm thinking of cancelling my Sky subscription (save me a fortune!!) and just use the reliable old Firestick. 

Absolutely fed up with Sky waiting to get my Puck sorted.

I know the feeling it's really not good enough, theyve only sent me 1 puck but it shows 2 on my account. 

 

One puck is still awaiting delivery the other is the main puck saying registered, but in managing it it shows awaiting delivery 🤦

 

It's such a mess, just my luck to move over to the puck and it all fall apart. Yes we have a firestick which is now the mainstay as the Sky Q dish failed to pick up from the dish when sky was attacked months ago...

Facing the same problem.   Have now managed to activate, but no Sub recognised.

Did you get around the issue? Is it resolved  since yesterday?

Not for me unfortunately, just days you can't have the pouch without ultimate subscription which I'm paying for... But the computer says No!

It was 6 days for me @Cat244 I saw on this thread yesterday that Sky were saying it's fixed so tried both my pucks and they are both working. Interestingly I got a text from Sky today telling me that I could try setup. On my order status they still show as delayed.

I have 2 pucks & activated one so far. I cant be bothered setting the other one up until this has been sorted! I managed to activate one last night then had to call them because it says no subscription - they said the no subscription thing was raised on Tuesday night when I called and to try it again when I got home tonight. I have & still sitting and no subscription so im now on hold to them.  This is just nonsense now & I am fed up with it!

I have installed sky pucks i have a subscription but there still not active I cant access netflix or anything spoke to sky with zero help

Pucks Arrived but no subscription

So my 2 pucks have arrived, all set up and connected to the internet, activated them.


They are both stating no subscription. Do I need to wait for these to be activated? Because it says "Sky TV Already Yours"

Finally after another reset and registration it's finally worked. I skipped the letter us set up and just went straight in. 

 

Everything now set up and apps working at last...

 

Thanks Sky for sorting it in the end and hope others get there's sorted after a puck reset. 👍

Believe it or not, this worked for me.

 

i did a factory reset and it worked.
