Puck problems puck did not work in East Southend, is the one in this gen 2 the same unit ?

Is the puck in this tv the same unit as did not work for me on the standalone version. I had to plug my old sky box back in.

Where did you get your puck from? When Sky send it out you have to activate it for it to work @Gordon+the+cabbag

No it was activated but programmes would just stop, buffering I think it is called. I am Shoeburyness so far in the East, poor signal for puck.

If you have poor broadband speeds then that could be the issue. What speed do you have?
