Puck powers off and reboots every 10 minutes
Can't stop it rebooting. Tried everything. Reset, update, moving remote. Shuts down. Spoke to sky help and they suggest it's the WiFi. I have a really good WiFi strength at the puck (300mbps) and WiFi won't cause it to reset. The help desk didn't have a clue. Think they were going through a check list tbh.
Anyone out there with an answer? Sky won't replace it so it's either put up or cancel.
