Puck not showing Sky F1 HD in Catchup
Is anyone at Sky able to assist with this problem, as its ridiculous and certainly not what I signed up for when "upgrading" from SkyQ.
I have a UHD package with Sky Glass plus 2x Pucks. A TV within the kitchen is HD only, as its only 32", and its puck is set to stream in HD. I have series linked F1, but the puck wont allow me to watch the race program in HD, it only shows UHD, which is unsupproted by the TV so wont play it. It allows me to watch the pre-race program, the post race program, and Practice Sessions in HD but not the actual race program, with is listed as UHD..... When trying to watch the race yesterday morning - proabably circa 30 minutes after the race finished (Japanese 🙄) - there was no HD content available at all, only UHD, and its only there now having looked 24 hours later.
I have series linked F1 trying both from a UHD channel and via an HD channel to no avail.
