I got 2 Pucks today. 1 had problems with Software update straight out of the box. The other worked fine. Eventually got the "dodgy" pick to update. Its now working BUT it's causing the TV to turn on and off and on constantly. The TV had no issue before this with any other sources (Nintendo, Amazon Fire Stick, etc).
I've swapped HDMI ports on TV, restarted and reset the Puck. The other puck is working fine. Both TVs are Samsung. Have I received a "Dodgy" puck?

It could be an issue with CEC control. You could either turn this off in the settings (on the puck) or there might be a setting you need to alter on your TV. Have you used the HDMI cable that come with the puck? How old is the TV? Sky Stream needs a HDMI cable and TV had supports HDCP 2.2.
One other thing to try would be swap the pucks over and see what happens.
