Puck continuously plays the same few seconds of live tv

This only happens on uktv gold.  The puck occasionally shows a black screen for a second, then goes back about 5 seconds and keeps replaying the same section followed by a second of black screen.  To resolve, you can just switch channels and switch back again but it is slightly annoying.

@Jjjjjjjjjjjjj it is worth reporting this to Sky's Viewer Relationd team at viewerR@sky.uk give them as much detail as you can with the channel, the programme title and if you can a rough time where this happened. They can pass it on to the broadcaster who can check the file which is far more likely tge cause than your puck.

Seems to happen when the program is just about to switch to adverts.

@Jjjjjjjjjjjjj ads on the puck are fed separately from the programme but tell Viewer Relations.

Mine is doing the exact same thing when watching Gold.
