Premier league highlights not appearing on playlist

This is really annoying I prefer the 30 min highlights of Premier League games shown from 10.30pm each Saturday night rather than MOTD on bbc.  I prefer to watch these on Sunday mornings so add them to my playlist but they are more often then not NEVER there! I end up having to watch MOTD on bbc iPlayer instead because by the time they are on the playlist it's far too late.

why do the sky highlights in question not become available on playlist as soon as each programme has ended?

Because unlike other channels the BBC won't allow Sky to cloud record on this system, opting to signpost you to iPlayer instead. As such there will be meta data sent from the BBC to Sky which tells the Sky interface how to link to iPlayer, if there is a delay in sending this the playlist won't show it.

Best thing to do is report it to sky's viewer relations team who will work with the BBC to resolve. You can email them on viewerR@sky.uk. we are fellow subscribers here on the forum.
