As the title says. All day I've had this issue. Tried watching the qualifying repeat at 2:30pm, but while the audio was fine, the video was constantly glitching and pixelating, like every 5-10 seconds.
Now I'm trying to watch the Man City vs Tottenham game and it's doing the same thing. What is going on?
My patience with Sky's services was already at rock bottom but this is taking the mick.
Annoyingly, it's not doing it on the Sky Go app, but of course because it's Sky, the Sky Go app is absolutely useless considering it's only in 720p or at least very low bit-rate if it's in 1080p among the other issues such as the whole concept of catch-up/on-demand seems to be completely lost when Sky Go was made.
I've already turned off and on the Stream puck, I've already changed the connection from wi-fi to cat7 ethernet which hasn't made a difference and my broadband is currently fine, getting pretty much full bandwith from my pathetic 80Mb package (fastest I can get in my new area and miles behind my 500Mb fibre optic with Virgin at my old address). I've double checked the connections of my HDMI cables which are 2.1 spec along with the ports which should be good enough for 4k 60fps.

Whenever I am watching live sky sports with my sky puck there is regular disturbance like the picture is behind then speeds up, the commentators are sometimes out of sync to, how do I fix it?

Seems to be doing it on all sky sports channels at the moment, NFL channel completely unwatchable. Have to wonder if sky are doing anything to fix this. This issue has been going on for months now.

@JWallace1 Have you informed Sky about your issues?

@Hutchie91 What is your connection speed measured using the Netflix Network check on your Puck?
Check nerd stats in YouTube when running a 4K demo for stability of your connection🤔

I already have a few weeks ago, where this was one of the topics amongst many.

Well, seems like the race live this morning along with the Liverpool and Man U games live had no issues at all. Hopefully there was a valid issue that Sky was actually able to resolve long-term going forward.
