Poor broadband signal and no Sky Stream Sound
My sky broadband signal has not been up to par for a while. It drops out completely in certain rooms and goes ridiculously slow. Now having returned from a weekend getaway, we now have no sound on the stream box. I have checked that it is not a problem with the tv itself, the sound works on my games consoles. Therefore the issue must be with Sky itself. I'm not happy at all with the service I am not getting right now.

Re: Poor broadband signal and no Sky Stream Sound
Hi @JonPH
We are fellow subscribers on the forum, not Sky customer service. Have you run a health check on your broadband? What speed are you getting? The best advice I can give is call Sky and get them to run a fault check on your line.
In terms of stream, as all channels are being delivered via the internet, poor speeds or an unstable connection can severely impact the experience. Stream needs 25Mbps for HD content and 30Mbps for UHD. If you are getting less then this you may encounter issues. One thing to try would be connecting your Puck via ethernet cable and turn WiFi off in the settings.
