I have been contacting Sky customer services for almost six weeks. Anyone else having problems with the playlist. Have added programs to the playlist and when accessing it it show programs for approx two months ago and new programs are not updating.
especially many of the Indian programmes are not working on the playlist.

Playlists which were updating episode daily (most of the time) on multiple programmmes / show now have stooped updating any epiodes since last FRIDAY (29/03/2024). anyone else having same problems? any way to fix these?
all the episodes on playlists not updated since 29/03/2024 were from SONY (indian Channel). what is SKY responsiblities re programmmes relayed by other / third Party (Like sony channels)

I have the same issue, to be fair this is the last straw with my issues with Sky stream. Apps no opening, apps slow, freezing, netflix is a app on it sown, dont think I have had 2 consecutive days of it working, now the playlist issue....
I have been with sky for over 25 years and when my contract ends in September , i am not renewing. just had enough.

I am also having same issues... SKY can ypu escalate the matter n fix it.. also the off shore customer help is not help at all.. as they just ask to update softward tried mjltiple times no joy

I use Indian channels like Star Utsav, Sony IEntertainment Television, Sab TV.. they are not updating play list... please SKY fix the problem.. i feel like i am paying SKY but not getting money's worth... hope someonr approaches an arbitrator/Ombudsman and hightlight the matter as i see do many posts online n tons of people are having similar issues

We need more people facing this problem to complain to customer and CISAS the regulator
it's very bad level of service that they can't resolve this issue I am now approx in week 8 since first complained

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Rups - CISAS aren't a regulator, they are an adjudicator for the Telecoms & Internet disputes, who would only act on a case if you are in dispute with your provider and your provider have reached deadlock with you. You can't just refer whatever you want and whenever you want to CISAS, thats not how the process works.
