I had Gen1 glass a blooming nightmare but I have to say the picture quality on his 55" is very pleasing. The UI also looks more organised now too. Does get me thinking 🤔. Oh dear 😳

The gen 2 is a lot better picture and sound than the gen 1

@Ali881 No, not been on contact with them and they've not been in contact with me.  No changes to my account - no upgrades or additions.  I just went away for a week at the end of July and when I returned home, the playlist was blank and the 'continue watching' rail, when it did bother to show on the homepage, didn't show part-watched programmes / puck didn't recall viewing progress.  I managed to get the playlist issue fixed but no progress on continue watching, or viewing progress.

Been recently experiencing the same thing.  

Its just the latest issue with Sky Stream.  

For me this is the final straw. 

I've endured over a year of interrupted tv, no signal, programmes not loading, randomly disappearing, crackling issues, other sound problems. 

I gave Sky the benefit of the doubt initially as it was a new product and I could appreciate they needed to iron out the kinks, but this is a **bleep**-take now (pardon my language).

Paying the monthly amount for 12+ months and not receiving the product as promised is surely a breech of contract on Sky's part? 

Anyway, I'll be calling to cancel this God-awful service tomorrow
