Pixelated picture going from playlist to live tv
Virtually every time I go from playlist to live tv picture - pixelated picture or freeze. Tried advice from Sky help - turn off then on etc. Works ok initially, but same problem as soon I go from playlist to live tv. Also , intermittently screen freezes goes blank then nothing. Appreciate any help advice

What’s your Sky Puck’s speed?
You can measure it on the Netflix app on Sky.
This is crucial because it shows your box’s speed, indicating if speed is the issue. Fast internet isn’t enough; if the box is slow (e.g., WiFi interference), Sky Stream won’t work properly.

Can you do a network speed test on each of your Pucks.
Launch Netflix on your pucks (you do not need to be logged into it, if you do not use netflix) and scroll down the left menu to Get help.
Choose Check Network.
Would suggest running the test a few times, say a few minutes between tests.
What is your speed?
Recommended minimum broadband speed is 25Mbps.
Or 30Mbps if you add an extra Sky Stream puck or to watch in UHD.
Live sync on Sky Sports Main event channels will add another few Mbps.
Also, instead of a power reboot, use the restart in the Puck settings;
Go to Settings>Systems Management>Resets & Updates
Select Restart device
Your Sky Stream puck will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete.

checked speed a few times and goes from 42 to 67.

Done a restart in puck settings - I'll see if it makes a difference.
