It's more likely to be your broadband connection that is causing the issues.
Check the speed your puck is receiving by opening the Netflix app, navigate to the get help menu and run a network check.
Sky Stream pucks are different to other streaming devices - they need a sustained, interference-free broadband connection, either via WiFi or ethernet of at least 25Mbps in order to give you any chance of getting a reasonably stable service.
