Picture keeps freezing on my second sky puck. Have checked wifi speeds to both pucks.
I recently got a replacement puck for one that failed. Since then the picture freezes on any channel on this puck (it was fine on the previous one).
I have checked the wifi speeds on both pucks using netflix. The one closest to the router gets around 100Mbs but the puck in the other room seems to get 3Mbs. I have tried the switch tv and puck off fix and when I checked again the speed was now 112Mbs - great problem solved. BUT shortly after the problem returned and the speed is back to 3Mbs.
I suspect that an ethernet cable would solve this problem but it is not a very practical solution due to the positioning of the puck PLUS why was it fine with the old puck (until it broke)? Never checked the speeds with the old puck as there was no need.
Does anyone have any suggestions please.

@chris565 Ethernet is a good option to try. You may find buying a pair of Powerline adapters (plus two ethernet cables) might help with the puck location issue?
There are lots of things that can interfere with WiFi and signal strength that are eliminated by ethernet.
