Picture freezing and loss of audio
I have reported this previously; programmes are freezing and/or loss of audio

@BigJohn If it happens on a regular basis then the question is:
How is your puck connected to the router? If over wifi what speeds are getting to the puck (this is not your line speed). Open the netflix app on the puck, go to Get Help, then run the connection test.
