@BigJohn  If it happens on a regular basis then the question is:

 

How is your puck connected to the router?  If over wifi what speeds are getting to the puck (this is not your line speed).  Open the netflix app on the puck, go to Get Help, then run the connection test.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
