@SlackDarren I note you are using Ethernet so go to Settings > Network > advanced settings and then make sure you have turned off WiFi with the toggle switch.
While you are in the Settings menus take the opportunity to go to Start up & Standby and turn ON Networked Standby mode and turn OFF overnight power settings. Although this is unlikely to be relevant to your current issue it certainly helped me with some other issues I had.
Once you have done this reboot your puck by unplugging it and waiting a minute before plugging it in again. It will then take about a minute to reboot.
Hopefully this will help with your problem. Good luck🤞.

Sky puck Fails to load any programs. Possably long.
Ok a little background. I have Yayzi fttp. With a Sky Puck and a Toshiba fire TV. TV Works a treat no problems found with it. Connected via copper straight into the router.
Now the puck also connected via copper straight into the router.
Have changed some setting as recomended for a LipSync problem.
Changed: Settings menus take the opportunity to go to Start up & Standby and turn ON Networked Standby mode and turn OFF overnight power settings.
The puck reports the following versions.
Build Version QS024.012.00p
Hardware model IP061-ef
UI Version 20.276.024.05
Platform Version 6.9p16s1
Now the problem after coming home from work and turning on get "The program failed to load", "There was a Techinal problem" or simply returns to the front screen.
Tried many reboots, But nothing only thing that seems to work is try again 10 minutes later.
I haved missed a few messages and displays that appear. Will try and note them down tomorrow.
Is this anything to-do with UHD and Doly atmos ?
Thanks for the anticipated help.
