Pic freezes, sound continues, blurry screen.
My broadband states it's ok, tv ok. The TV constantly freezes the picture, the sound carries on then picture goes blurry then goes back to normal. It does it all the time. broadband always drops out. Our service is a really poor experience for how much we pay. Cant upgrade the broadband because they don't offfer it in our area yet. It's really frustrating and depressing. Just want to be able to watch tv with wanting to put my fist through it.

@Dan116 What speed broadband do you have? You need at least 25mbps for HD & 3 Mbops for UHD, anything less than that will cause these issues.
If you run a speedtest from the netflix app help dsection it will show the speed the puck is receiving.
If your broadband speed is too low then regardless of what you pay it just won't improve until you can get increased broadband speeds.

Samsung 75" 4K TV, Sky Glass Gen 2 55", Sky Stream, EE FTTC Broadband, Three 5G Broadband (Backup), Sony 7.1 AV Receiver, Technisat MultiSat receiver.

In addition to the advice provided by @GD1 , if the broadband speed to your property meets the minimum recommended speeds, it doesn't mean that is the speed your puck will be getting, this can be significantly reduced based on the strength and stability of your Wifi network, if you are connecting it to the internet via Wifi.
It may be worth trying to connect it via ethernet, and ensure you disable the Wifi in the puck's network settings and see if this improves things.

If you haven't got a minimum 25 Mbps connection speed between Puck and the internet the Sky Stream is not the service for you🤔
NOWTV can work successfully at lower connection speeds, as it is more robust the Sky's fragile Stream service😉

So that is on the borderline. The Sky streaming platform should be able to run fine with streaming non-UHD content, but obviously if you are using the internet on other devices at the same time that would consume more of your 36 mbps bandwidth which would likely then cause the sky streaming platform to run into issues.

NOWTV would be a much more robust way for you to access Sky's subscription channels🤔
You would have give up the convenience aspects of Sky Stream for more robust access to broadcasters services using local apps on a Smart TV or Streaming device😉
